The proposal comprises of 9 flats and two levels of employment use.

The proposal seeks to maximise the site potential development by incorporating the two uses and working along the lines of recently approved schemes within the immediate vicinity.

The façade is facing brickwork with recessed windows and brick panel setting a grid structure to the elevation. Different coloured brickwork and details gives a richness to the façade.

In order to maximise the development potential the set up to the High Road which by staggering the built form affords dual aspect to all accommodation. Following pre application advise we would expect to achieve approval and duly build out the scheme.
